We plan to give the attached survey to students in grades 3-5 so that we can better plan to meet their needs, address their concerns, and reward positive behavior. Parents have the right to opt out of all non-academic surveys. If you would like to opt for students out, please let us know at enrollment.

Satanta Learn & Play is hiring a facilitator to lead a caregiver and child playgroup. This is a part-time position. The facilitator plans, prepares and leads 20 one-hour playgroup sessions per year. Learn & Play provides activities for birth to five year olds. The program supports child development and helps caregivers become a child’s first teacher through play.

Grade School Jump Start Summer School will be from 9:30 to 11:30 August 15-19 for students who have enrolled. Breakfast and lunch will be available. We will not provide supervision between breakfast and the beginning of summer school at 9:30. Students may enter through the front of the building at 9:25.
All families are required to submit an application for the USDA school lunch program this year. To streamline enrollment, please complete this application BEFORE enrollment. If you have questions, contact Lisa at 649-2611. It may be easier to complete this form on a computer than a phone. USD 507 Board of Education will have a special board meeting on July 18th, 2022 at 6:00pm in the district office to review the 22-23 school year budget.
USD 507 enrollment will be held on August 9, 10, and 11. Enrollment for all students will be in the high school commons area. New and returning families should plan to attend.

Our community has donated so generously to the Satanta Daycare. We have lots of books and baby toys, but we are looking for a few more items--a small vacuum cleaner and toys for PreK children, specifically a play kitchen, cars and car tracks, and duplo legos. If you see any used items for sale online, please let us know. Donations can be dropped off at USD 507 Central Office. Thank you!
