The USD 507 all-school cookout will be held Thursday, May 9, at Satanta Grade School. All students (including grades 6-12) will eat the grade school. Families are invited to eat with their students. Tickets are $6 and can be purchased at SGS. We encourage families to purchase tickets in advance to make the line go more smoothly. Serving will begin at 11 a.m., and we will put out an estimated schedule by grade soon.


Arlo was a great TRIBE member. He picked up coats on the playground and took them to classrooms to find their owners.

SGS students are focusing on two goals the last month of school--working hard and being kind. We have a special TRIBE shoutout for Juana and Evelyn. They worked very hard on their sight word paper and on their handwriting too!

USD 507 is accepting applications for 3-year-old preschool for the 2024-25 school year. Priority will be given to students who meet the criteria for the Kansas At-Risk preschool program, and spots for 3 year olds will only open up if the 4-year-old preschool program is not full.
